CYKEO-RA6L
Industrial-Grade Fixed RFID Solution for Seamless Asset Tracking
✔️ Reads tags over 20m
✔️ 500+ tags/sec for fast scanning
✔️ Real-time data via TCP/IP
CYKEO-RA6L packs a 6dBi circular antenna with 33dBm output, using the Impinj R2000 chipset in a tough aluminum body. It handles -30℃ to 85℃, reads tags beyond 20m, and comes with auto tag filtering, RSSI monitoring, and OTA firmware updates.
Great for tracking warehouse pallets, production lines, vehicle access, and smart retail shelves.
CYKEO-RA6L UHF RFID Long Range Reader uses adaptive frequency hopping (902-928MHz) to cut through interference from metal and machinery, while its IP67 aluminum housing doubles as an EMI shield and the 6dBi circular-polarized antenna keeps signals steady around steel structures. Mount it 15–20 cm from metal surfaces using the included anti-vibration brackets, turn on “Metal Mode” in the SDK to boost tag sensitivity by about 30%, and pair with anti-metal tags like the CM-T80 for direct attachment to steel assets. An automotive plant using the CYKEO-RA6L with directional antennas achieved 99.3% read accuracy on metal engine parts, even with 5–8 mm metal obstructions.
CYKEO-RA6L Industrial RFID Reader, powered by the Impinj R2000 chip and advanced anti-collision algorithms, can handle 500+ tags/sec in standard mode and up to 1,200 tags/sec in batch mode. It automatically filters duplicate reads using RSSI/TID analysis, stores over 100,000 tag IDs if the network goes down, and lets you divide racks into zones via software to focus on high-traffic areas. In a 3PL logistics test with 850 pallets, each holding 50–70 tagged items, the CYKEO-RA6L achieved 98.6% first-pass read accuracy while syncing data to SAP EWM in real time.
CYKEO-RA6L UHF RFID Long Range Reader is built for extreme cold and meets MIL-STD-810G standards. It runs from -30°C to 85°C without heaters, and its heated lens stops frost from forming during freezer-to-ambient transitions. Even at -25°C, it boots in under 15 seconds, compared with 45+ seconds for standard readers.
For frozen storage, we recommend the Heated Enclosure Kit (HEK-6X) to keep the internal temperature around 10°C in -45°C environments, using LT-T50 low-temp RFID tags for meat or packing-line tracking. Vertical antenna placement also helps reduce ice interference.
