Most RFID projects don’t fail because the hardware is “bad.”
They usually fail quietly—during tuning, installation, or real operation.
What looks stable in a demo room can behave completely differently in a warehouse, parking gate, or factory line. And interestingly, the same set of problems shows up again and again, no matter the country or industry.
Below are the issues we see most often in real deployments, especially from system integrators and distributors working on industrial RFID projects.
