TID bank: Factory-programmed unique ID (read-only)
User bank: Custom data storage (size varies)
You can write to the EPC bank, user bank, and reserved bank (with proper authentication).
For HF Mifare tags (13.56 MHz), memory is divided into sectors and blocks. Each sector has its own access keys. You can write to data blocks after authenticating with the correct key.
Important: Not all tags are writable. Some low-cost tags are read-only—they come with a fixed ID that cannot be changed. Always check the tag specifications .
