CK-B5A
High-Gain Circular Polarized Antenna for Automated Warehousing & Smart Cabinets
✔️ Aerospace Aluminum & IP65 Rugged Design
✔️ Ultra-Wide 840~960MHz Bandwidth Compatibility
✔️ 5dBi Gain + 70° HPBW for Precision Tag Detection

CK-B5A Industrial UHF RFID Antenna pushes 5dBi gain with circular polarization, making tag reads reliable up to 8m in warehouses or smart cabinets. Its solid aluminum body and 70° beam cut down interference, and it works across global UHF protocols. Built for tough environments, it handles -40°C to 55°C and is fully IP65-rated. It’s especially handy in packed smart libraries, busy tool rooms, or retail warehouses where you really need reads to be spot-on.

It uses circular polarization and a 70° beam to handle reflections in places like factories or tool cabinets. Circular polarization keeps reads consistent no matter how tags are oriented, while the focused beam cuts overlap with reflective surfaces. For best results, mount it about 1.2–1.5m high to line up with tags, tilt it slightly downward, and rely on its aluminum housing to block nearby machine noise.
Can the CK-B5A support global UHF RFID standards for cross-border logistics? Yes, its 840–960MHz range covers all major regions—FCC in North America, ETSI in Europe, and AS/NZS in Australia/New Zealand. With 50Ω impedance and an SMA-K connector, it hooks up easily to readers like Zebra RFD8500 or Impinj R700. For mixed environments, like ports handling EU and US shipments, its adaptive tuning avoids frequency clashes, and the 3dB axial ratio keeps performance stable even from -40°C to 55°C.
Its IP65-rated ABS and aluminum body already resist corrosion, but a few steps help even more. Wipe the radome monthly to avoid condensation, apply dielectric grease to the SMA-K connector every six months, and replace exposed stainless bolts yearly. Keep the reader firmware updated to adjust power for humidity-related signal loss. With this care, the antenna can stay under 1.3:1 VSWR for over five years, even at 90% humidity.
Cykeo RFID solutions empower cross-industry operations, delivering precision tracking for supply chain optimization, industrial IoT deployments, and mission-critical asset management across logistics, healthcare, aviation, smart manufacturing, energy infrastructure, and security systems.
