3. One at a Time: Your phone reads one tag slowly. It cannot perform bulk reading—identifying dozens of items simultaneously as they pass through a doorway. This bulk capability is the entire point of RFID for business efficiency.

When Does “Can Android Phone Read RFID” Actually Matter?

Only for specific, small-scale uses:

• Reading NFC smart posters or product tags
• Using programmable NFC stickers for personal automation (like tapping a tag to turn on your lights)
