The CK-T6 works indoors—libraries, stores, warehouses, museums, hospitals. Needs stable network, dry and dust-free.
Outdoor use? Optional waterproofing helps. Best at -10°C to 50°C, supports RJ45, WiFi, or 4G.
Mount on flat surface, leave space for 1.2 m detection zone, near power, away from heavy EMI.
If it’s not working, check the infrared alignment, green light, and clear any obstacles. For weak signals, adjust power, check antennas and cables, and try other tags. If alarms are wrong or silent, recalibrate rules, test online/offline, and check buzzer and LEDs. Still a problem? Contact support with the serial and error details.
Unplug it when not in use, avoid banging or opening panels, and keep it mounted tight. Wipe it clean, keep vents clear, update firmware, and store in the original crate somewhere cool and dry without stacking heavy stuff on it.
