CK-M4L
Practical RFID rfid tag reader module for industrial environments
✔️ Four RF channels built for dense tag reading
✔️ 33dBm power you can tweak just right
✔️ Slim aluminum housing made for daily industrial use

The CYKEO CK-M4L UHF RFID module is built for real-world industrial setups where space is limited and conditions aren’t always clean. It combines a compact aluminum enclosure with a full-band UHF design, covering 840–960 MHz and supporting the protocols most factories already use.
With four RF channels available, the rfid tag reader module handles multi-antenna layouts without complex wiring. Output power can be tuned in 1 dBm steps, which helps reduce cross-reads while still keeping enough range for shelves, workstations, or conveyor lines. In typical deployments, it processes more than 400 tags per second and reaches up to 10 meters with circularly polarized antennas.
Integration is straightforward. Power the industrial uhf rfid module, connect via TTL or USB, and control everything through the API. No extra RF calibration is usually needed, even in environments with metal racks, machinery, or vibration.
Common installations include inventory cabinets, tool tracking stations, light automation lines, and embedded IoT equipment where stable UHF performance matters more than flashy features.

Dense environments are where this module is normally used.
Its anti-collision logic and tag filtering keep reads clean, even when labels overlap or move quickly. Adjustable output power helps narrow the read zone, and the four RF channels allow antennas to be placed exactly where coverage is needed. In warehouses or shop floors, this avoids false reads without slowing things down.
Range comes from balance, not brute force.
With up to 33 dBm available, the module reaches around 10 meters under low-interference conditions, maintaining over 95% read success. The receiver stays sensitive enough to catch weaker tag responses, while dual modulation keeps communication stable at different distances. Writing tags is reliable up to about 4 meters, which is usually enough for asset labeling or IoT workflows.
Yes, that’s one of its strengths.
The module supports TTL serial and USB, so it fits easily with PLCs, microcontrollers, or industrial PCs. GPIO pins can trigger reads, lights, or alarms, and firmware updates allow protocol or feature expansion later. Running on 5 V with moderate power draw, it’s often used in portable or semi-embedded devices without redesigning the power system.
CYKEO UHF RFID module solutions are used across logistics, industrial IoT, healthcare asset tracking, smart manufacturing, energy facilities, and automated equipment. They are designed for long-term operation in environments where dense tags, metal structures, and stable performance are everyday requirements—not edge cases.
