CK-BQ8828
RFID tags for inventory enable secure identification of metal equipment and cables.
✔️ Compact 88 × 28 mm size, easy to mount in narrow locations
✔️ Supports up to 100,000 write cycles with long data retention
✔️ Fully compliant with ISO 18000-6C for global RFID use

CK-BQ8828 is a rugged RFID Cable Tie Tag designed for assets that stay in place for years. Using H3, R6, M4 or U8 chip options, the tag maintains consistent read performance up to 8 meters even when fixed directly onto metal. Operating temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C allow it to run in both indoor facilities and outdoor sites without performance loss.
The slim housing makes this UHF RFID Cable Tie Tag suitable for tight installation points, while EPC and TID memory remain stable over long service periods. It is commonly used in rfid tags for inventory projects where metal interference is unavoidable, and it is also adopted as Hospital RFID Tags for tracking medical equipment and technical assets.
Typical applications include automotive components, server racks, pipelines and industrial machinery where traditional labels or adhesive tags fail over time. As an on-metal RFID Cable Tie Tag, CK-BQ8828 stays readable even after long exposure to vibration, heat and dust.

The strap is passed through the tag body and tightened around the cable, pipe or metal structure. To avoid stressing the antenna, installers usually apply controlled torque rather than manual force. In outdoor or high-moisture locations, a thin layer of silicone sealing is sometimes added for extra protection.
Yes. The antenna structure is optimized for metal surfaces and helps reduce interference from electrical currents. In practical deployments, these tags achieve stable read rates on transformers, cable trays and power distribution equipment. This is why they are often selected for rfid tags for inventory systems in energy and industrial facilities.
The housing uses reinforced PA and ABS materials that handle UV exposure, vibration and chemicals well. Combined with proven Impinj chip technology, the tag supports high write endurance and remains readable across a wide temperature range. This durability is one reason it is also suitable for Hospital RFID Tags, where asset data needs to remain accurate for long periods.
Cykeo RFID solutions empower cross-industry operations, delivering precision tracking for supply chain optimization, industrial IoT deployments, and mission-critical asset management across logistics, healthcare, aviation, smart manufacturing, energy infrastructure, and security systems.
